Rottweil EXACT GREEN
In a few regions of Europe, legislation is meanwhile stipulating not only lead-free rifle ammunition but also lead-free slugs. However, this is not the only reason why Rottweil is launching a lead-free slug on the market. The new EXACT GREEN shotgun shell delivers up to 30% more power – in other words, comparable to shells with a slug containing lead.
ROTTWEIL EXACT GREEN shot shells deliver more power than comparable Rottweil cartridges with a Brenneke lead slug. Thanks to the lower weight of the slug, EXACT GREEN shot shells can be loaded faster than the heavier lead slugs, without exceeding the safety-relevant maximum pressure of the shot shells.
The high velocities made possible by this yield energy values that are up to 30% higher in comparison.
The new tin slug is offered in 2 loads: a 12/70 with regular gas pressure for standard shotguns and a 12/70 with a magnum load (max. 1050 bar) for shotguns with stronger firing.
- Up to 30% more power compared to similar loads with a Brenneke lead slug
- Extremely high velocity:
- 12/70 magnum: V 2.5 = 565 m/s
- 12/70 standard: V 2.5 = 515 m/s
- 25 g tin bullet with a green plastic rear section
- Shotguns with a standard shot firing system are not necessary
- Lower bullet weight at a higher velocity; this means:
- Reduced lead factor with extremely flighty wild boars
- Less bullet drop at greater shooting distances
- Transparent case with a 20 mm bottom cap
